Yacht Cruise: Race/Cruise Yarmouth & Back

Our Yarmouth and back fun race will berth overnight at Harold Hayles yard. Early booking is advised for this event as Harold Hayles gets very busy in the summer period and has limited berthing. HW Chi is 14:16, so we currently plan a 12:00 start at Chi, so as to make best use of the westward tide, without risking a very late arrival in Yarmouth. Dinner is provisionally booked at the Wheatsheaf: always a popular venue that copes well with our numbers. Any boat that would like to take part in the race is welcome – you do not need to be an experienced racer to take part. Think of it as a cruise with a bit of competition thrown in. As usual, we will hold a briefing in the club at 2100 on Friday.
