RAMBLE BOOKINGS : HOW TO BOOK GUIDE
All our ramble bookings are for members only and will be on the Members Portal you may have logged in before to top up your card or book for a Club Dinner, you dont need to create an account as every member has an account already set up.
If this is your first time using the portal you will need to click forgotten password so we can send you a new link to your account.
If you have forgotten your password, use the same link to allow us to send you a link to reset.
Follow the steps below to book:
- To book a place on a Ramble you must be a member of Chichester Yacht Club and have Registered for the website here
- Select WHATS ON at the top of the screen
- Scroll down to the Ramble you wish to book
- Or you can select the group CYC Ramblers and it will show you all the Rambles open for booking
- Read the information and scroll down to tickets.
- To book your space click on the plus button alongside one of the tickets: Ramble only or Ramble and lunch or lunch only (Sometimes there is a maximum number of places available in the Pub)
- If you want to book two of the same ticket click the plus sign again and it will allow you to add another booking.
- Complete the details in the booking these include emergency contact details/dietary requirements and a tick box to ensure you have read the ts and cs
- Then scroll down to the green box that says Reserve now and click on it
- And then you are on the list.
- Repeat the process if required as a booking is needed for everyone attending so you might need to add more tickets if you are booking for more than one person but you can only book for yourself or your spouse/partner
- You can see other people who have booked by clicking on current reservations show alongside the different tickets
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Get your walking boots out!
- If your contact details are incorrect, update your profile on the portal here
- If you are booking or cancelling a place on a walk less than 3 days before the start date please contact the walk leader directly so that the Leader is aware and can make the necessary arrangements.
- To cancel a booking, visit your booking page. If cancelling within 24 hours of a walk, please contact the walk organiser.
