Bird Watching Walk
This walk will take place somewhere around Pagham. We will either meet at the North Walls, Pagham or at the RSPB reserve, Sidlesham. (Directions will be given).
The choice will depend on what conditions the fields are in underfoot. Last year - everything disappeared under water by mid December! A final choice will be made late January and it may even change last minute if weather conditions dictate!! - The North Walls in a strong northerly is not a good place to be!
Either way - it will be around a five mile flat walk with no stiles, maybe some steps, but most likely highly muddy under foot.
Start 10 am . Please bring a drink and a good snack/lunch - there is no pub lunch stop. Food will be taken 'al fresco' - bring a 'bum-seat' Don't forget your binoculars and wrap up warm - bird watching can be a chilly pastime.
