RYA Youth Stage 1 & 2

Child-centred with an emphasis on enjoyment and building confidence. This course is best suited for children age 8 (or turning 8 before August 31st) to 13. If older, please contact the office to see what options are available. Each stage may take up to 2 days, but stages are usually combined in courses of 2 or more days, allowing each child to progress at their own pace. Single-handed dinghies are provided by the Club (Optimists or Toppers), and achievements are recorded in a RYA logbook, which is recognised at all RYA training Centres. A parent of guardian is not required to remain at the Club during the course. To book a place, please click on the relevant ticket below.
