Benbow Pond to Cowdray Park circular walk - 26 October

The above walk took place on a damp misty morning, which eventually cleared to somewhat brighter weather.  After having a few ramblers pull out for various reasons, fourteen of us set off.

After crossing a Golf course, keeping a good look out for flying balls, we headed off to a predominantly woodland walk, looking spectacular with the carpet of fallen Autumnal leaves.
On returning to Benbow pond we took a short drive to the Halfway Bridge Inn, where all enjoyed a well deserved lunch.
The Halfway Bridge Inn staff were easy to plan with and were very welcoming.
